    This special gathering brings together a community of wellness practitioners, offering space to slow down, reconnect, and nourish both body and mind.

    I’ll be guiding a Qi Flow session—gentle, flowing movements combined with breath and awareness, designed to help you restore energy, release tension, and return to a calm, centred state.

  • Benefits of Qigong

    Reduces Pain

    Qigong exercises for one to two hours per day has been shown to reduce pain for those suffering from rheumatoid arthritis.
