    A Personal Invitation

    This event is especially meaningful to me.

    Qi Flow is inspired by the ancient wisdom of Qigong, and sharing this practice beside the Chinese Pagoda during Heritage Week brings together movement, nature and cultural heritage in a truly special setting.

    I would be delighted to welcome you to this unique experience.

    Whether you're new to Qi Flow or already enjoy the practice, this is a unique opportunity to experience it in one of Ireland's most beautiful gardens.

    No previous experience is needed. Beginners are warmly welcome. Places are limited to 30 participants per session, so advance booking is recommended.

    What to Expect During the Session

    *Gentle Qi Flow movement

    * Mindful breathing

    * Deep relaxation

  • Benefits of Qi Flow Movement

    Through slow, flowing movements, natural breathing and awareness, the practice offers a gentle way to support both body and mind.

    Calm the mind & reduce stress

    Slow movement and mindful breathing can help settle a busy mind and create a greater sense of calm.

    Release tension & move more freely

    Gentle flowing movements encourage the body to soften while supporting mobility, flexibility and posture.

    Improve balance & body awareness

    Moving slowly helps you become more aware of your weight, alignment and coordination.

    Restore energy

    Rather than pushing the body, Qi Flow encourages relaxed movement that can leave you feeling refreshed and more energised.

    Feel more grounded & connected

    Taking time to breathe, move and notice can help you reconnect with your body and feel more present.

    No previous Qigong or Taiji experience is needed. Qi Flow is beginner-friendly and can be adapted to different ages and levels of fitness.
