HellenKang – mobile phone number / SMS terms

HellenKang provides online coaching via the communication of digital/online services including Facebook Groups, Email, SMS and WhatsApp; when you provide your mobile phone number and opt-in you consent to being contacted by the HellenKang coaching team. You may receive confirmation text messages of booked call appointments, as well as reminder text or WhatsApp messages of any upcoming appointments. You will occasionally receive marketing text/ WhatsApp messages promoting offers and services provided relating to our online fitness coaching.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 1-2 SMS marketing message a month. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
